Take bread slices, cut off the ridges. dip each slice in water and keep it on one palm and press the water out by the other palm... keep the cooked veggies or finely cut fruits on this slice and close it roll it well that there is no opening on it deep fry it as it is or after rolling on some bread crumbs... veg or fruit rolls... most of the kids like it.. juz give a try
Grind carrot, beans and cauliflower together to a fine paste, add some water to that and cook noodles in this water. and serve with sauce on top..kids eat this without realizing that they are eating the vegetables - this is for the kids who dont like vegetables
the same way grind onions, carrot and beans as a paste and make colourful rice with turmeric as the colour gradient.. add some biriyani masala also to taste
